In the unlikely case of you receiving a product which is not as per your order’s specifications, i.e.

  • Wrong Color,
  • Wrong Size
  • Defective,
  • Wrong Quantity
  • Damaged, Or
  • Significantly different from the description given by the seller

You are completely protected. SaleStruck.com offers a 7 days return guarantee for all such items.

However, due to health and hygiene reasons, for some healthcare products, customized products, products like undergarments, lingerie, swimsuits, etc and perishables including flowers, edible products, the seller does not accept any return. In such cases, the sale will be the final sale.

We will also not be able to accept the return if the product

  • If you have damaged the product(s) by misusing it;
  • If there are any damages/defects that are not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • If you have used the product(s) (In case of a usable product);
  • If you have installed the product(s) (In case of software, application, etc.);
  • If there are damages caused to the product(s) due to water or other liquids;
  • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) are delivered;
  • Clothes and footwear that are used (other than for trial), altered, washed, soiled or damaged in any way.
  • The original tags and packaging are not pristine and faultless.
  • The box used for packing branded products is not in a good condition and is impaired in any manner.
  • Innerwear, lingerie, socks and clothing freebies are not covered under the exchange.
  • Damaged or defective clothing and footwear products are meanwhile covered by the 7 Day Replacement Guarantee.

Return Process

Our Returns process is described below:

  • Your Return request is reviewed by SaleStruck.com
  • If it is required, the request is shared with the seller for his approval.
  • After approval, pickup of the product is arranged through our courier partner.
  • If we cannot arrange for the pickup of the product from your address, we will ask you to dispatch the product and the courier charges will be reimbursed by us.
  • After the product is received and verified against your claim, the replacement or refund is initiated. Replacement depends on the stock availability

It takes between 1 to 3 weeks from the time a request is raised to the time the product is delivered back to us. Exact time would depend on the nature of the product and your location.
